We are a small shop with a full-blown aerospace quality system.

At Corry Laser, we are highly adept at working through complex R&D efforts towards first article submittal (see aerospace certifications). We have over 30 years of experience in aerospace laser processes, as well as a highly diverse customer base that includes electronics, automotive, military, lighting, medical and additional industries.

We offer laser cutting of materials to a very high level of precision and edge quality. Using our C02 and fiber lasers, we can cut metals and non-metals including ceramics, composites, plastics, and rubber. With 7-axis CNC capability, we can cut and trim deep-drawn and hydroformed parts in 3 dimensions. When it comes to tolerances, our laser machines are able to provide a small feature tolerance of +/- .001″ or a work envelope tolerance of +/- .005″.

The product types we offer using laser machining include a range of parts from hydroformed, deep drawn, tubular, and extruded parts. We also are able to produce engraved graphics, welded assemblies, and flat blanks.
